How this started?
We had this idea because travelling and Nature are part of our lives! We studied Tourism in Europe and have had the opportunity to improve our skills and know-how through our different experiences in the industry.
We are quite fortunate and privileged to have worked in many countries such as Italy, Portugal, Zimbabwe, Spain, Mexico and Germany. We have been involved in eco-friendly projects, providing services and learning with locals about a variety of fields.
We strongly believe that Nature is everyone’s responsibility where ever one may be. From the fusion of personal interests and professional background borned this project.
The plan:
We want to offer the opportunity to everybody to rent Tree-tents and other camping accessories in Cuba. The goal is to encourage new styles of accommodation and eco-friendly tourism activities in the island.
We would like to create an unique experience, balancing simple materials with the exuberance of landscape, a surrealistic meeting that guests will never forget.
We are going to involve as many people as possible, give jobs to locals farmers, engage students and professionals while creating sustainable resources. Cubaviva is a project for all those who want to collaborate and all ideas and forms of participation are welcome.
Besides the people that come and go with ideas, from the beginning working on this are: Malena, Dayana, Ludo and Indira.
