1. Booking my tent
That's really easy:
1. Check our Tents out and decide which tent is for you! You'll find up-to-date photos and full description on all tents.
2. Complete the booking form with the dates of your trip, type of tent(s) and number of people in your party.
To guarantee your tent, we’ll ask your contact details and you will need to complete the payment of the 50% of the value of the products that you are renting for your holidays.
As soon as you have made the online payment, you'll receive the booking confirmation in your email. This email include the contact details of our friend in Cuba.
When you have the booking confirmation, your tent is 100% confirmed.
Now you can start looking forward to your adventure!!
2. Picking up my tent and giving the deposit
Finally! You are in Cuba and your adventure have just started:
1. If you are already in Cuba call Indira at least 24 hours before the date of your reservation and tell her at what time you will picking up the tent.
Indira is an old good friend, she studied languages in Havana University and lives near there, in Vedado, the most eclectic neighborhood of the city. She will be happy to help you in everything she can, answering your questions or guiding you through the city. She is always in a good vibe for walking around markets, show you the gardens and colonial halls of Havana and give you tips about cultural life.
If you plan to get your tent as soon as you get in Cuba, please let us know at what time your flight is arriving to International Havana Airport José Martí. When you arrive at the airport, you just need to call Indira to let her know you are on your way.
You can always find her contact details in the confirmation email (she has a local number). Please, print the contact details or take a note in a piece of paper before leaving your country, remember in Cuba is not easy to connect to internet!
2. Go meet our friend in Cuba and get your hands on the tent!
You will be asked for a deposit. You can pay this amount to Indira when you arrive or you can do it online, before leaving.
And thats it, you have your Tent! Be free and enjoy CubaViva!
3. Dropping off your tent and getting your deposit
It's time to say goodbye, you need to give your tent back. But we know you will be back.
Cuba makes sure it happens.
1. Go back to the same place you picked up the tent, our friend will meet you there again. You can easily agree an hour with her when you pick up the tent. In case you change your mind and you want to come early or later, just call her and make a new appointment.
2. She will confirmed there is no damage on the tent and give you the deposit back.
